 Road Biking, 
The 30-odd km from the coast up to the 1024m Tudons pass  is an exacting and rewarding challenge for road cyclists. Of course, starting from Sella you´ve already done 16 km and about 450m so you start with an advantage. The road up to the top has a recently laid surface - the Vuelta de España comes through here every few years so the local government have an interest in looking after these inland routes.  This year´s Vuelta de España ( LikSpanish version of  the Fench Tour) began in Benidorm, down the coast, and then came up through neighbouring villages Orxeta and Relleu.  The map below should be a fair  day out for a group - passing through some fantastic terrain and little villages. Total distance = 76km
