Paco´s Bar in the main square, Sella


 Paco´s is Sella´s liveliest and most Spanish bar - Paco runs it with his two sons Ivano and Adriano but it´s his wife, Mari Amparo, who puts the wonderful Tapas together and keeps the kitchen up to speed. They don´t do formal meals but a table of Merluza (hake), Patatas Bravas ( spicy hot potatoes) Calamares (squid rings ) and Gambitas (little fried prawns) with some Ensalada and bread - that´s a meal for most of us!
