Bar María  - best place for your Paella Alicantina
María´s paellas are justly famous - she´ll do a take-out paella as well. This is Sella´s finest terrace, for a meal, a beer, whatever. Tapas are excellent here too - Habas ( beans), sepia ( large squid) hígado (liver) and whatever you spot other people eating ( the point-and-smile method is good if you have little Spanish) Salads are fresh and local and top tip for  a dessert id the Flan de Turrón - just ask!  Ingredients are often from Marías own gardens and the red wine is also locally produced.  Like the Bar Fonda, next door, María only does lunches
